A provincial championship is what most club teams around the province work the whole season towards. Now your minor hockey association has the chance to get in on the action. The majority of dates have been set for the 2010 Investors Group Hockey Alberta Provincial Championships and the time is now to bid to become a host site.
The Investors Group Hockey Alberta Provincials is one of the most exciting and high profile events that Hockey Alberta and its membership take part in each hockey season. Steeped in tradition, the Provincials bring together the best hockey teams from around Alberta for that particular age division.
With teams having completed exhausting round(s) of qualifying competition, the Investors Group Hockey Alberta Provincials is one of the most exciting experiences of a minor hockey players’ career. In many cases, teams and players may only get one opportunity to attend this tournament. This, coupled with the shear excitement of playing in an exciting competition, with the very best for that particular age division, makes the Provincials not only unique, but a very special hosting opportunity.
